Meet the Founder
Attorney Autumn J. Jones is a builder of sound structures and thoughtful systems, bringing a practical, steady approach to business formation and organizational development. She founded Maverick Lee Consulting to support early-stage businesses and nonprofit organizations as they establish clear foundations for sustainable growth.
Autumn works with founders and organizational leaders to navigate entity formation, governance frameworks, and intellectual property considerations. Her approach emphasizes clarity, organization, and forward planning, helping clients make informed decisions that protect their work and position them for long-term success.
She gained hands on experience through the Syracuse Transactional Law Clinic, Syracuse National VAD Trial Advocacy Team, and while interning with Holland & Knight, LLP’s Litigation Group. She earned her Juris Doctor from Syracuse University College of Law and holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from The University of Georgia. Autumn has been admitted to the State Bar of Georgia.
